This is especially useful with STAT and ON-CALL requests. Our dispatchers are equipped with split-screens and dual monitors, enabling instant access to service requests, active orders and on-route drivers. Uniship Drivers receive dispatch updates automatically. Special pick-up or delivery instructions are instantly communicated and verified upon reception.
